Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These terms govern your use of SaleSolo, operated by Helping Hand LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use SaleSolo for a business, you must have authority to act on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: Chase@helpinghandllc.net.

2. Accounts and authorization

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Connect only company workspaces, mailboxes and content you are authorized to use. Gmail connection does not transfer ownership of a Google account to SaleSolo. You can revoke or disconnect access at any time.

3. Research, AI and campaigns

SaleSolo supports business research, prospect sourcing, email verification, campaign planning, scheduled sending and reply handling. Recommendations, inferred customer profiles and AI-generated drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing claims, recipients, messages, sender identity, schedules, spending limits and campaign boundaries before approval. Autopilot executes within approved settings and may continue while your browser is closed until paused, cancelled or disconnected.

4. Acceptable use and outreach obligations

• Comply with applicable privacy, electronic marketing and anti-spam laws, including consent requirements where they apply.
• Provide accurate sender information, any legally required postal address and a functioning opt-out method; honor opt-outs and suppression lists.
• Do not use SaleSolo for deceptive claims, impersonation, harassment, unlawful bulk messaging or unauthorized access.
• Do not upload content you lack permission to use, attempt to bypass company access controls or interfere with the service.

5. Your content and third parties

You retain your rights to the content you provide and authorize Helping Hand LLC and necessary service providers to process it to provide SaleSolo’s features. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. Google and other connected services have their own terms, quotas and availability limits. Email verification does not establish consent to contact someone; Gmail authorization does not guarantee inbox placement, delivery, responses or sales results.

6. Fees and usage

Any paid plan, provider charge or usage allowance must be disclosed to you separately before purchase or authorization. Prospect data, crawling, verification and AI processing may consume third-party credits. Campaign spending settings do not replace your obligations to external providers. Contact us about billing or cancellation questions.

7. Cancellation and account deletion

You may cancel your SaleSolo account in Settings or contact Chase@helpinghandllc.net. Customer data is retained for six calendar months after cancellation and then scheduled for deletion. You can use Delete account in Settings to request earlier deletion. Deletion is irreversible for your solely owned workspaces; shared workspaces and messages already delivered to Google or recipients are not removed by deleting one member’s account. Cancelling SaleSolo does not itself cancel services you purchased directly from another provider.

8. Suspension and availability

We may suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations or violations of these terms. Features may change or become unavailable due to maintenance or third-party changes. Keep independent copies of important information.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SaleSolo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Helping Hand LLC does not guarantee business results or legal compliance of your campaigns. To the extent permitted by law, Helping Hand LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Updates and questions

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about cancellation. Direct questions or disputes to Chase@helpinghandllc.net.
