Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Helping Hand LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates SaleSolo, a sales workspace for managing company research, prospects, outreach and replies. This policy explains how we handle information when you use SaleSolo. Contact us at Chase@helpinghandllc.net.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address, account identifier and information needed to authenticate your account.
  • Company information: websites, company details, sender names, signatures, postal addresses, booking links, uploaded documents and notes.
  • Sales information: business research, prospect names and work contact details, campaign settings, drafts, sent messages, replies, suppression records and recorded meeting outcomes.
  • Connected Gmail information: the connected email address, authorization needed to access that mailbox, and message content, headers and identifiers used for outreach, reply synchronization, threading and delivery reconciliation.
  • Operational information: job activity, errors, timestamps and audit records needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide your workspaces, research the businesses you select, find and verify business contacts, create campaign recommendations and drafts, send authorized emails, synchronize replies, detect opt-outs and bounces, enforce sending limits, maintain suppression lists and support your account. AI features process relevant company information and, when you request an AI reply draft, the relevant conversation. Review generated content before approving it.

4. Gmail permissions and Google user data

Connecting Gmail is optional and separate from signing in to SaleSolo. With your permission, SaleSolo requests email identity, Gmail read access and Gmail send access. Read access supports reply synchronization and checking delivery; send access supports test emails, approved campaigns, follow-ups and replies. Disconnecting a mailbox in Settings stops SaleSolo’s future access through that connection. You may also revoke access in your Google Account connections.

SaleSolo’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features described here. Any transfer to service providers is limited to what those features require. Human access to Google user data is limited to your affirmative permission, security investigations, legal obligations, or the exceptions permitted by Google’s Limited Use requirements.

5. Service providers and disclosure

SaleSolo uses Lovable Cloud for application infrastructure, Google for Gmail connections, Firecrawl for website crawling, Clay for business and contact data, ZeroBounce for email verification, and AI services accessed through Lovable for research and drafting. We send each provider the information needed for its task; Gmail authorization credentials are not included in AI prompts. These services may process information in countries other than your own. We may disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security threats, or at your direction. Google data disclosures remain subject to the Limited Use commitments above.

6. Retention, cancellation and deletion

We keep account and workspace information while your account is active. Upon cancellation, customer data is retained for six calendar months and then scheduled for deletion. You can choose Delete account in Settings to request deletion sooner instead of waiting for that retention period. Deleting an account removes its solely owned workspaces and their stored application data; shared workspaces are not deleted merely because one member leaves. Mail already delivered remains in the sender’s or recipient’s email account. Information held independently by third-party services is subject to those services’ policies. Contact us if you need help with cancellation, deletion or information that must be retained to meet a legal obligation.

7. Your choices

You can edit company information, disconnect Gmail, pause outreach and delete your account in Settings. To request access to or correction of other personal information, or to ask about your privacy rights, email Chase@helpinghandllc.net. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Rights vary by jurisdiction.

8. Browser storage and security

SaleSolo uses browser storage to maintain your sign-in session. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; protect your account credentials and only connect mailboxes you are authorized to use.

9. Children and policy changes

SaleSolo is intended for business users, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. Also see our Terms of Service.
